HIGH ACCURACY SHEAR-WEB LOAD CELLS FEATURES:
- Capacities from 100 – 120K lbf, or equivalent kgf/Newton.
- PCompression and/or tension modes.
- Accredited calibration, ASTM E74 or ISO 376 available
- Custom-cut system cases available for storage and secure shipping.
- Calibration by deadweight primary standards for capacities up to 120K lbf (534 kN). This is required for ASTM E74 Class AA & ISO 376 Class 00 calibrations.
- Load cell indicators, adapters, and accessories available.
Morehouse offers three grades of high accuracy shear web load cells with varying design and performance characteristics for use wherever a high level of confidence is required. Higher accuracy load cell systems will use fewer load cells than most competing systems, lowering calibration costs, reducing cycle time, and requiring fewer set ups.
How does the load cell exchange work?
- You will receive one credit of up to $500 in exchange for your existing and possibly outdated load cell. The user will be responsible for other costs associated with the exchange.
- Morehouse must be contracted to perform calibration on the new load cell.
- The end user will be responsible for calibration charges, additional cabling charges, new cases, and any additional components.
- Quality system of the user might require final calibration of the existing load cell to take it out of service. Based on the user's requirements, Morehouse will work with you to find the least expensive way to meet your requirements and take the older load cell out of service.
- Our sales team will work with you to ensure everything is documented and a quotation for the total cost prior to the exchange.
- Once the system is switched over, Morehouse will keep the user's existing load cell and will not be held responsible for what happens to the load cell exchanged.
